Meet the CEO... Robyn "Queen Educator"

Robyn, affectionately known as "Queen Educator," is a highly respected master educator with a degree in Education and N-12 Special Education certification. With 20 years of experience fostering the holistic growth of students and educators, she is a sought-after speaker, author, and education coach specializing in innovative literacy instruction and culturally relevant teacher preparation. Queen's passion for education ignited after overcoming a near-death childhood experience. The resulting traumatic brain injury led doctors and teachers to believe she would never live a normal life, let alone learn or lead.

Challenging the status quo and defying the odds, Queen embarked on a journey to change the face of education. (Read more about her story in the book "Blazing Trails," where she is a co-author.)

Serving Educational Establishments & Education Policy

Queen is the CEO of Everybody Educate, a full-service consulting firm she founded in 2021, dedicated to the innovative growth of teachers, students, and communities. Queen is a passionate advocate for change and a teacher agent and a Senior Policy Fellow for Teach Plus Pennsylvania. In this role, she tirelessly champions education policies that enhance Teacher Preparation and promote the Science of Reading. Her advocacy work benefits students and teachers across the state. Notably, she has contributed to securing stipends for student teachers and advancing structured literacy initiatives. These initiatives raise awareness of best practices, equipping educators to effectively teach students facing challenges similar to those Queen effectively navigated as a neurodiverse learner, including a lack of culturally relevant strategies for sustainable growth.

Serving a Community of Educators

Queen also leads the BEST Educator Academy, launched in 2024, to help transitioning and retired educators enhance their expertise to support schools' evolving needs. This academy utilizes a ready-to-impact model to aid educators who wish to serve beyond the classroom.

Serving Communities of Educators

Queen remains deeply connected to her community, serving educators and students through various platforms. These include her "Hosting Brilliance Teacher Talk Show," founded in 2022, and the "Hosting Brilliant Students" YouTube channel for EE Kids. Since 2012, she has also been the Co-Founder and Education Program Director for Soul-Xpressions, a youth arts and education program. Soul-Xpressions provides social-emotional learning for at-risk, underrepresented youth ages 8-18 in the Washington, DC, and Maryland areas. Furthermore, Robyn offers resources and support for communities and families who homeschool their children.
